Sofiam Iberica RIO in IWA Outdoor Classics 2024
THE CHALLENGE
For SOFIAM Ibérica, participating in IWA OutdoorClassics meant much more than simply being present at one of the most important trade fairs in the sector. The real challenge was to stand out in a highly competitive environment, with more than 500 international exhibitors, and to do so by clearly and consistently conveying three key messages: industry leadership, technological innovation, and a firm commitment to sustainability.
Furthermore, the RIO brand needed to connect with a diverse audience: distributors, sport shooting professionals, hunting experts, and international partners: all with high technical standards and very specific expectations. The exhibition space had to speak a universal language, capable of synthesizing over 125 years of industrial experience into a direct, understandable, and memorable trade fair experience.
OUR APPROACH
We envisioned the stand as a strategic communication tool, not just an exhibition space. The design was built to reinforce RIO’s identity as a global manufacturer, relying on a clear, organized, and impactful architecture, aligned with the values of precision, safety, and reliability that define SOFIAM Ibérica.
The space’s narrative focused on product innovation and sustainability, highlighting key product ranges and proprietary developments such as lead-free solutions and advancements in biodegradable materials. All of this was integrated into a seamless layout that facilitated both sales support and technical dialogue with international clients and partners.
The result was a functional, recognizable and coherent stand, designed to encourage meeting, conversation and the international projection of the brand in one of the most demanding showcases in the sector.

THE RESULTS
SOFIAM Ibérica’s presence at IWA 2024 reinforced its position as a global leader in sporting and hunting cartridges, consolidating RIO’s image as an innovative, reliable brand committed to the future of the sector.
The stand became a constant meeting point throughout the trade fair, facilitating strategic meetings, product presentations, and the generation of new business opportunities in key markets. A clear demonstration of how a well-designed space can amplify the message of a brand with history, a strong present, and a vision for the future.
