THE CHALLENGE
In a world increasingly reliant on complex supply chains, DHL sought to take a proactive approach and make sustainability the driving force behind a new era in logistics.
The challenge was to bring together over a thousand international industry leaders to discuss, learn, and collaboratively drive concrete solutions toward a cleaner, more efficient, and responsible model.
The event was designed to reflect this ambition: an environment capable of inspiring and connecting, of transforming commitments into real action, and of positioning DHL as a global leader in the transition to zero-emission logistics.
OUR PROPOSAL
Choosing Valencia, the city named European Green Capital 2024, was the perfect starting point.
For three days, the City of Arts and Sciences was transformed into an immersive ecosystem of knowledge and innovation: eight interactive themed zones, keynote speeches, masterclasses, and networking spaces designed to inspire change.
Nuestro equipo se encargó de la gestión integral del evento: conceptualización, diseño de espacios, coordinación técnica y producción en cada detalle.
Cada zona –desde Strategy y Governance hasta Circularity o Vision 2050– se construyó como una experiencia viva, donde los asistentes podían interactuar con tecnologías emergentes, compartir buenas prácticas y explorar soluciones reales para la descarbonización y la digitalización del sector.
The ephemeral architecture was integrated with the aesthetics of the environment, enhancing DHL’s brand identity with a sustainable and coherent visual language: recyclable materials, efficient lighting and a spatial flow designed to encourage dialogue and collective inspiration.

THE RESULTS
More than 1,000 international delegates participated in the first edition of the Era of Sustainable Logistics Global Summit, which marked a turning point in the sector’s environmental agenda.
Over three days, more than 25 masterclasses, 50 presentations, and 8 interactive zones dedicated to the key areas of logistics sustainability were held.
The event also served as a platform to present tangible progress such as the GoGreen Dashboard, DHL’s emissions measurement tool, and to reinforce its commitment to zero emissions by 2050.
The response was immediate: the format and experience of the summit prompted new editions in Dubai and Singapore, positioning Valencia as the starting point for a global conversation about the sustainable future of logistics.
