Suannutra at Vitafoods Barcelona 2025

THE CHALLENGE

Vitafoods Europe 2025 was not just another edition. For the first time, the event landed in Barcelona, ​​breaking all previous records with over 25,000 attendees and 1,400 exhibitors from around the world. It was a stage of maximum visibility, but also of maximum demand.

For SuanNutra, the challenge was twofold. On the one hand, to stand out in a highly competitive environment, dominated by major global players in the nutraceutical sector. On the other, to do so at a key moment of corporate transformation, presenting itself for the first time under a unified umbrella alongside its subsidiaries Monteloeder and Gonmisol, and with a portfolio that clearly reflected its scientific, commercial, and strategic ambition.

It was necessary to clearly communicate who SuanNutra is today and where it is headed.

OUR APPROACH

The strategy focused on turning their presence at the trade fair into a statement of intent. SuanNutra used Vitafoods Europe as a platform to consolidate its position as a global partner in nutraceutical ingredients with high scientific value.

The proposal revolved around three key axes.

The first is innovation applied to real consumer needs. In Barcelona, ​​the full launch of their new blends for immune and digestive health was presented, along with high-impact ingredients such as RelaxPLX, focused on cognitive and emotional health, and Zeropollution, a beauty-from-within solution designed to protect the skin from environmental stress from within.

The second focus was strategic collaboration. The announcement of the exclusive agreement with the British company Myota for the distribution of prebiotic fibers represented a decisive step in strengthening its offering in gut health, with solutions geared towards the production of SCFAs and microbiome balance in key markets such as Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

And the third pillar was corporate coherence. Exhibiting under a single identity alongside Monteloeder and Gonmisol allowed us to showcase an integrated portfolio, backed by science, clinical trials, and a shared vision of sustainable growth, innovation, and excellence.

All of this took place in a particularly dynamic trade fair context, with new networking areas, spaces dedicated to innovation and the first edition of the Vitafoods Europe Innovation Awards, where SuanNutra competed with ingredients such as RelaxPLX and MindRevive.

THE RESULTS

SuanNutra’s participation in Vitafoods Europe Barcelona 2025 marked a clear turning point.

The brand strengthened its international visibility in a record-breaking edition of the event, generated high-value conversations with global partners and clients, and consolidated its positioning as an independent, solid, and expanding nutraceutical platform.

Just a few weeks later, that momentum was confirmed with Carbyne Equity Partners’ acquisition of SuanNutra. This transaction validates the strategy presented at the trade fair and opens a new phase of growth, investment in R&D, and international expansion, especially into the US market.

Vitafoods 2025 was the stage where SuanNutra showed, with facts, its maturity as a company and its ambition for the future.
