NUCLEO // Synchronized Laser and LED Installation
Nucleo is TarsLab’s latest immersive light installation.
A space where we explore what happens when different natures of light inhabit the same environment. Composed of 150 RGB 360° LED tubes and 4 lasers, the installation creates a silent dialogue between the diffuse and the precise, between incoherent light and coherent light, searching for a fragile balance through movement.
The installation behaves like a living organism: pulses, tensions, encounters and distances unfold into an ever-evolving choreography of light.
The soundtrack, created by Decoder using analog electrical impulse devices, accompanies this invisible conversation, revealing the relationships that emerge between energy, space and perception.
Nucleus was presented as part of Fluxo, a project initiated by @cisma.art at CCNave3 Ribes during Rusafart 2026.
Can two forms of light learn to coexist? Or is it precisely within the tension of their differences that a new language emerges?
