CONVERGENCIA 2025
Light sculpture.

Convergencia is a light sculpture that explores the relationship between the technical precision of lasers and the poetic perception of light. The work is constructed from a laser animation synchronized with an original soundscape by Marcos In Dub, where both languages—light and sound—intertwine to generate an immersive and sensory experience.

The device uses a laser projected through a Fresnel lens, with the aim of redirecting the curvature of the beams and correcting their natural deformation, thus achieving a parallel and controlled beam that allows the space to be modeled using lines of light.

The installation was presented as part of the Laser Research Days, promoted by Pirolaser Spain, a meeting dedicated to artistic and technological experimentation around light.

From our studio we would like to express our special thanks to Javi Pirolaser for his constant support and for promoting these workshops that foster creative research between art, science and technology.

The result is a living sculpture of light and sound, an ephemeral geometry that transforms space and reveals the invisible matter of light energy.
