THE CHALLENGE
In a world increasingly reliant on complex supply chains, DHL sought to take a proactive approach and make sustainability the driving force behind a new era in logistics.
The challenge was to bring together over a thousand international industry leaders to discuss, learn, and collaboratively drive concrete solutions toward a cleaner, more efficient, and responsible model.
The event was designed to reflect this ambition: an environment capable of inspiring and connecting, of transforming commitments into real action, and of positioning DHL as a global leader in the transition to zero-emission logistics.
OUR PROPOSAL
Choosing Valencia, the city named European Green Capital 2024, was the perfect starting point.
For three days, the City of Arts and Sciences was transformed into an immersive ecosystem of knowledge and innovation: eight interactive themed zones, keynote speeches, masterclasses, and networking spaces designed to inspire change.
Our team handled the entire event management: conceptualization, space design, technical coordination, and production down to the last detail.
Each zone: from Strategy and Governance to Circularity and Vision 2050, was designed as a dynamic experience where attendees could interact with emerging technologies, share best practices, and explore real solutions for decarbonizing and digitizing the sector.
The ephemeral architecture was integrated with the aesthetics of the environment, enhancing DHL’s brand identity with a sustainable and coherent visual language: recyclable materials, efficient lighting and a spatial flow designed to encourage dialogue and collective inspiration.

THE RESULTS
Más de 1.000 delegados internacionales participaron en la primera edición del Era of Sustainable Logistics Global Summit, que marcó un antes y un después en la agenda medioambiental del sector.
Durante tres días se celebraron más de 25 masterclasses, 50 ponencias y 8 zonas interactivas dedicadas a los grandes ejes de la sostenibilidad logística.
El evento sirvió también de plataforma para presentar avances tangibles como el GoGreen Dashboard, la herramienta de medición de emisiones de DHL, y consolidar su compromiso de cero emisiones en 2050.
The response was immediate: the format and experience of the summit prompted new editions in Dubai and Singapore, positioning Valencia as the starting point for a global conversation about the sustainable future of logistics.
